VX windscreen wiper problem

hi, my windscreen wipers will not work, i.e. wipe, when the weather is cool/cold, WHEN U NEED EM MOST

But they are fine when the weather is warm/hot

they do work, eventually, could it be a relay / elec problem? and if so were should i look please?

anyone else had similar issues?

Try swapping the relay with another one of the same type and see how it goes.
