Default vt clicking sound when braking + trip computer

my vt s pac is beginning to make a sort of clicking noise when i brake in reverse only though. this doesnt happen all the time, only sometimes. also, the trip computer is playing up i believe. when changing the mode to km's until empty, the numbers play up. for example, it might be 250km's left, and literally 10 seconds later it'd be at 220km's left, it jumps in 10's and doesn't count down properly.

anyone know what the cause is of these 2 problems? thank you

trip computers do that all the time, they just arnt very accurate. takes about 5 minutes of driving at the same speed for it to resemble something close to whats left.

Brake noise i would say are the thin metal spacers which go on before your pads
are scaping. Would say your pads are getting low and need changing.

The clicking is the brake pad moving around. Was told that by somene who makes them (PBR). It's a single piston caliper, so if everything isn't tight, the pad can move around.
Don't know much more than that fact, so yeah it could be the retainer clip etc.

I thought VT had twin piston calipers?
