probably the water pump, leaking onto oil filter and over gear box it isnt the heater core leaking draining down onto the gear box check both see how they are.

the water over the gearbox may be discharge from your A/C drain tubes and nothing more than moisture removed by the A/C when used . the water over the oil filter maybe from the o-ring seal on the heater pipe after time these o-rings do leak and require replacement as rubber swells and contracts until it goes hard and no longer seals the pipe to the outlet .

I had pretty much the same problem Coolant Leaking Turns out it was the water pump gasket and the reason it kept overheating (even on cold days) was because the water pump impeller wasn't working as effectively as it should. Replaced the lot for less than $80 and flushed out the radiator/engine block while I was at it.

Just curious, I have replaced my hoses and I can't remember any 'O' ring seal on the heater hose where it comes off the pump!

I think the O ring is on the metal pipe that goes into the pump.

I thought I was wrong once but I was mistaken.
