Hey guys,
I Took the Senator on the Peninsula Charity cruise yesterday, and half way into it, the VT began to bump steer from the rear... very annoying, and enough to have to move the steering wheel to correct it :-( anyway, as soon as I noticed it, and my first low speed corner came up, there was a distinct clunk from the rear, and it continued to do both all day, obviously something has let go, but with the next 6 days at work, theres not a lot of time to look at it.
Any Ideas???
Thanks in advance :-)
If I'm not pulling Toyota's out of the Bush, I'm pulling 12's in the Sig :-)
Rear shockers gone also check your bushes and that the rear sub frame hasn't cracked which usually happens above the diff.
Thanx 4 the feedback,
Yeh shock's are pretty screwed, but no cracks!!
Got under it with a torch just then, checked everywhere...
All the bush's look new, and I can't move them with a lever.....
It drives good for say 20 mins, then it lurch's to the left, and then continues to do so until i hit the loud pedal, then it goes away ??????????????
Almost as if the pressure from acceleration puts whatever it is back into place, the casual driving, it works itself loose???
WTF...lol.
