drivers window stuck???

I know this may be a stupid question but my drivers side window fell down and wont go up or down... I have removed the trim but now dont really know where to go what to do? It is not power windows so should be simple???

Presumably it would be a similiar setup to the power windows, one of the arms could have possibly failed and collapsed or one of the arms fallen off a rail.
You might need to pull off the opposite doors trim to see the correct positioning or you may be up for a new mechanism.
Although I haven't really heard of manual windows ever failing!
