VT Executive Series 2 Starting problem

Hi
I have a Holden Commodore VT Series 2 Excutive and atm it has a problem starting
after awhile it starts but it takes up 2 1-2 mins before it does
now my electrical has come up
my plenam has just been cleaned and air intake
Has anyone have any suggestions on why it isn't starting first shot
it only has the problem when the engine has cooled down
for example i leave it overnight in the morning it will have trouble starting
but if i turn it off and try to start it it goes i waited about 5 hours then the problem happened again

that was replaced just recently so yeh

Check fuel system. Sounds like inadequate fuel pressure. Fuel may be evaporating in the lines/going back to the tank, so it should struggle at least a bit after half an hour or so also?
