how do u remove window surroundings?

im just woundering how you remove the door window surroundings on the outside of the car?

Open the door, look up, there is like 15 screws holding in the ones on top of the windows. Its one big piece. For the trims below the windows there is one screw behind it holding it in, look from inside the car, its at the front of the door. then just slide out and pull up.
