ABS Light

Hi Everyone;

My ABS Light on my VU SS keeps turning on; no other lights come on like check engine etc.

Doesnt seem to be effecting the car at all but still a bit scary.

Any ideas what the fault could be? faulty sensor/abs module etc?

abs modules fail in the ss alot normally need to replace them

Will any V8 ABS module slot in?

Its intermittant, so only 1/2 the time driving the light comes on.

It doesnt sound like your ABS module is stuffed. Probably get your sensor or wiring checked out first. If the ABS module is shot, usually half the warning lights on your dash like engine, high temp, ABS and traction will come on. Also your radiator fan will kick in at full power all the time.

that happen to my vt v6 cost like 600 to fix just hit the brakes hard and see if it skids or the abs kicks in u will soon know if its stuffed
