hello all

I am have to change the gasket on my 5ltr for the second time. I was just wondering if there anyways to make sure it dont need doing again?.

What would be the best gasket and sealant to use? I have heard so many conflicting tips, I just thought I would ask the pros. Any advice would be greatly accepted.
