vt level 3 cluster speedo out by 15 klms

Hi Guys just wondering if any of you can help i have a vt spac that was supercharged but now blown a big end it now has a standard vt motor in her ,now i have change the single window dash cluster to the 3 window cluster but now i have discovered that the speedo is out by 15 klms so i guess my question is there anyway you can change it with the level 3 or do you need a tech 2 to do it or is it as simple as getting the right gear for the speedo sensor as it has the supercharged gearbox on it and the car that the cluster came out of was a standard v6 so if any of yous know what my problem is would be great for any info .

The cluster may need to be re programmed to suit your car's diff and tranny + air bags.
