i am in the process of removing a LPG system in a factory installed holden VX,
i saw the system is working through the PCM in the car no additional electronic circuits used,
3 sets of wires are seen in this method leaving the PCM
wire set one === 4 wires from the PCM go to the engine compartment through the passenger side firewall ( connecting the gas convector, mixer, 2 earths (battery & near the exhaust sensor), one clip to the exhaust sensor male connector, one clip to the exhaust sensor female connector, and 2 clips to the tacho plugs near the break cylinder (only the las one was disconnected and these clips join the male and the female of this single tacho plug)
wire set 2.==== engine wire harness (just as normal no modifications apart from the Tacho plug disconnected in the previous set)
wire set 3 ===== goes to the seedo (single yellow wire) , LPG switch (8 pins) and to the gas tank wire set
my question is if i need to install this to a new VX/VT do i need to remove the whore wire sets?
do i need remove the PCM ( has the gas one got a special PCM)?
if i remove the PCM and put it to another VT/VX do i have to take it the the holden dealer to do any alternations?
any help would be appreciated
