Bizarre behaviour - when braking - chimes & light!

Couldn't find anything similar in the forums...

I have a VX II Wagon. When I brake to turn (normal driving conditions) I will sometimes get the oil light on and a series of chimes.

This does not happen often, usually at the same intersections - when turning left, but not always.

Cannot work it out. Car is converted to Gas and has been wonderful so far!

Have you checked your oil levels?

Do the above reply, then check for loose wiring just in case. Failing that, it could be coincidence your sensor is failing.

mine does this if the oil levels are getting low and i've had to come to a hard stop, so if your car is doing this from normal driving i'd say the levels are pretty low.
