vt high speed thermo fan problem

hey guys just wondering if anyone would know why the high fan speed is staying on my vt s-pac i have replace the coolant temp switch and low speed fan relay and thermostat but now my high speed fan is staying on one it is triggered i know the bcm control low speed and the pcm controls the high speed fan but i am a bit stuffed to why this is happening.
Also it is saying i have a low speed fan problem but i have removed the high speed relay and the low speed fan is turning off and on so i guess its not the problem would high fan come under code 92 aswell. I had a problem a month ago where the fans once triggered on they would not turn off so i have changed sensor ,thermostat and waterpump and i fixed that problem but now once the high speed turns on they wont turn unless high speed relay is removed so if any of you guys no what my problem is would be great to hear from you.

Had same problem and replaced high speed fan relay.Problem solved
