Stock footwell lights?

I bought my VX Berlina Series II second hand and whenever I turn the interior light on, both the front footwells glow green. Are the green bulbs under the footwell stock? Or did the previous owner put them in? If they're stock, does anyone know how I can change them to blue? There seems to be some kind of green rubber cover over the bulb, I was hoping there's some place I can get a blue rubber cover instead to put over the bulb. I would rather replace the bulb with a blue one but I cant see anyway to access it without dismantling the dash. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes the globes are standard. I got some multi angle wedge type LED globes of ebay and they are so much brighter than the standard globes. They are blue also and shine up the whole area near the pedals and around your feet.

The link in post 2 is pretty much all you need, just unplug the old globes and plug these in. If they don't work when you put them in you have to turn them around and they will work.
