new vt2 owner need assistance

hi,just picked up a vt2,and have a couple of questions that i hope someone can help me with.
i appear to have oil leaking onto the rh ehaust manifold , and i am having trouble trying to find the source anyone had this and could find where it is coming from??
also have power steering fluid loose pump appears dry though???
and lastly air cond is not getting cold compressor is working and cuts in and out normally but not getting cold?
vehicle was sitting for 12 months??

would guess that oil leak on to manifolds is rocker cover gasket
need a little more info on the power steer
IF ac is clicking in and out i would say get it re gassed to start with and hopefully it is all ok

power steering will be either back of the pump, the rack pinion seal or the end seals or the pressure hose.
and if ur a/c compressor works fine it may just need a re-gassing. as ausrs has pointed out.
