vx upgrades

hey this is my 1st post

I have a vx berlina with 19 inch rims. i have a $350 pioneer stereo and in a week ill have bout a grand spending money for my car. i want to know what i should do next get a full sound system in (front and back speakers, sub, amp or two, already own back 6 by 9s) or get the car lowered with super low kingsprings and 5% window tint. and will i need a camber kit ?

any suggestions on stereo system
