    Default ABS cable

I was putting in new brake pads, caliper slipped out of my hand and fell onto abs hose/cable (sensor?). anyway, it broke it off from the connection to the disc and it cannot be reconnected, what should i do? do i need a new abs module, or a new cable?

hey mate, the ABS Module is located in the engine bay, so could could not have damaged that ...I'm pretty sure you are talking about the ABS cable/hose/sensor. If its broken you wont be able to fix it with a hammer and a nail if you know what i mean. Just go to the wreckers and buy a second hand one and put it in. Wont cost you anything, its better than doing a temporary fix and your brake fails...then your introuble. Good luck
