    Default Exhaust Problem

I had my exhaust fitted last week but it is sitting to close to the car,
The rear pipes are touching the bumper cut outs

The person that fitted the exhaust has gone on holiday for 2 weeks so I can't take it back to him to get it fixed

It seems the hangers are holding it to close to the body
Can I buy different hangers ??

What is the best way to fix this ??

    Cheers

The best way is to take it back, and have him reset the hangers.

You could muck around with hanger rubbers from different cars.

You can try undoing the clamps that hold the rear section to the intermediate section, then wedge something between the pipes and the body behind the rear hanger to try and pivot it down a bit, then push the exhaust up in front of the rear hanger and hold it up while you do the clamps back up.
