vt berlina cuts out

my vt berlina dies for no reason. you can start it straight back up. does it intermittantly. when you start it the abs and trac lights come on sometimes. restart it and they dont come on.
my 19 year old daughter drives it so i want it fixed.
had new spark plug leads, new altenator, new battery. getting new plugs today
fault code is always 12.
just about to burn the mungrel thing
too many computers, give me an early holden any day

12 x 3 is just telling you that diagnosis system is on

try cleaning up the battery terminals and sometimes the fuel pump plug or socket can be faulty

12 x 3 is system OK, no codes logged.

Could be a number of things, but I would be looking at the CAS, sometimes they don't log a code even though they are stuffed.
