traction control not working?

hi all, had a few dramas in the last week with abs module, waiting around for a exchange unit was not an option as the mrs needed the car so i just bought a second hand 1. abs,traction light engine light etc etc have all gone and it appears that the abs module has fixed that problem, only problem is now the traction control doesnt appear to be working?(replacement unit was fitted with traction control) took off in the wet and broke traction and the LOW TRAC light didnt come on instead fryed half my tyres and resulted in some sets of fishtails up a quiet cul-de-sac. dont have a problem with traction not working. it sux anyway but just curious as to why it aint working.,,any ideas?

If not hard to control throttle if trac isnt working to prevent the car breaking into the kind of wheel spin..

check that all pins are contacting in the plug going into the modual

its not hard to control it, hold the ****er flat isnt that the idea of the eaton? yeah i was thinking about giving the contacts on the abs module a touch up with a emery board to clean any oxidisation off the terminals, what do ya reckon?

check the diff the plug might be dirty or some thing

just emery papered the contacts on the abs module, sweet as now.
