How To Measure A Throttle Body

How do I measure the throttle body ??

I have spoken to 2 different people & they have told me 2 different ways

1 person said its the ID @ the widest point and the other person said its @ the butterfly

The ID at the start of the TB is 92mm

Is this standard on a VT SS s2

i thought standard was 75mm?

It is measured at the butterfly as that is it's narrowest point.
