    Default fault codes vx

    hi i have a 2001 vx i have had fault codes come up in dash i fixd the problem with the car i have tried to clear the fault code history, was told by disconnecting the battery that it would clear the code but it didn't work, still showing a fault code after battery has been disconnected for over 5mins. Could anyone please help, thanks Dave.

    you cannot clear display fault codes without a tech2 you can only clear ECU codes by dis-connecting battery

    are vx series 2 fault codes the same as series 1
