    Unhappy Horn buttons not working??

    What's wrong with my car??
I just bought the car, & it didn't have a horn, so i've bought a brand new one put that in, replaced the fuse, and the relay but it's still not working... what else could be wrong?
i can't take the wheel off because its attached to the airbag??

Check all visible wiring for the horn that you can find under the front bumper.
Did you put the terminals on the correct way?
You can take off the air bag IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING!!!! But if in any doubt whatsoever, then don't touch the airbag!
There's a how-to on removing steering wheels in the how-to section, VY/VZ, and there's something in there about VT/VX, too. But like I said, don't just go pulling your air bag off. I personally would doubt that the problem is in the horn pad, but you never know.
'Ah well, I suppose it had to come to this.'

more likely to be the brass striker on the back of the wheel not making contact (worn out) with the base plate ring.

To inspect this you can take the colum cover off and it should be at the top between the wheel and the colum. There should be a brass pin facing towards you and making contact with the base plate ring on the wheel.
