adjusting gas struts in boot?

Hi again, i was wondering whether it is possible to adjust the struts in the boot so that when u push the button it automatically opens? Rather than unlocking at just sitting there until someone pulls it up. Any help on this subject would be appreciated.

i am not sure if the pivot points for the gas struts are in the right spots for the struts to actually open the boot, rather than just hold it in the open position....that and the fact that you would need higher pressure struts to start with just to raise the bootlid.....it would be trick i know......might be worth looking into....
