Just wanted to know if this is a manual thing or not.
I remember my dad's series 2 VX would have the rear wiper constantly going when he selected reverse if he had the rear wiper on. Usually when it's on it's intermittent only, unlike the VN-VS wagons which don't have the intermittent option.
Now on my series 1 VX when I select reverse it stays on intermittent and can be a bit annoying when trying to reverse in the pouring rain. The thing is my VX is Manual and my dad's old VX was auto but both are/were executives.

Do all VX autos change the rear windscreen wiper to constantly on when reverse is selected or was this a revision on series 2 VX commodores?
