VT Disconnect High Beams

I have the issue with my high beams turning on after indicating. I have read the post for replacing the stalk which I am hoping to do next week as I don't have the cash to do it this wkend. In the intrim I was hoping to disconnect the high beams so as I can drive at night for the time being without it being an issue. Does anyone know if there is a certian fuse or another way to discconnect the high beams??

I disconnected the globes but it seem like the lights are still stronger when I turn on high beam. Is there something that angle's the light up that is causing that or do I just have to take the bulbs completely out?

oh yeah forgot about that lol, that means both filaments in the H4 globe are lighting up
