Wiring Harness ??

I have found out my rear door wiring harness is broken(wires broken)
And have dislodged from the plug
Does any one have any picture to where these wire's go into the plug??
Also i found a big plug under transmission shifter not connected to anything and can't find out where this connects to????
Any ideas ???

All fix i just bought a wiring harness from wreckers for $5

But still the plug under gear shifter.....anyone knows whats this for???
