Another aircon thread

Hi there i know there are many air con threads but none have mentioned this problem so was wondering if any one could shed some more light on the problem for me, well i have a VTs1 Calais and like all the other aircon problems, when under slightest acceleration i lose aircon on face and it switches to demisters, however if i put it on feet and face setting, i seem to lose face straight away like usual, but feet seems to hang in there longer and only switches to demist if i nail it. any ideas, some have said its the vacuum solenoid pack under glove box because its a calais, but was just wondering if the feet/face thing would mean its something else, or its still the vacuum pack?

got the same problem with my calais dude. i've disconected the arm on the accuator(from the drivers foot well, remove bottom trim from console and it's right there) and got it blowing from face vents only. will reconect it come winter or until it shits me enough to pay the price the holden stealership wants for a vacuum bank.
