has anyone got one of these on the vx v6? if so whats it like? was it worth rthe money? what is there to look out for?

i was thinking of getting this for my v6 VT but found out for the price it is and the work that is required it just isnt worth the money when you could get a v8 for similar money, or super or turbo charge. are you on your ps?

after everybody saying its not worth it, im still not sure myself, it wont increase power dramatically(on dyno) but will give you a increase in torque, there is also a guy running a standard stroke 3.8l ecotec with 180rwkw which proves you can get a bit of na power if thats what your looking for, most people will say do a search its funny what you can find if you just start randomly looking at big build up threads.
Around 8k plus for only 200rwhp not worth it at all.
im not sure what it is like, but there is a guy oin this forum who has a 4.2l, he might hav the same kindov kit.

If you want a stroker kit for a Ecotec or L67, you can't go past Pro-Stroke.
I'm so happy with mine, everything I do to it, it just keeps making more and more power. They are so friendly and helpful.
If you want something different, it's definitely worth it. The prices range according to what you are going to do as far as mods go. NA, is pretty cheap, full house, get's up there in price.
My bottom end was around the 8-9k mark and it was purpose built from the start for high boost and high hp. You can get a motor built for a NA setup a lot cheaper than that.
