VT berlina problems!
Hey fellas just wondering if anyone could help me,
I just recently took out the battery (Fairly new) to charge it up, put it back in and the inside aircon fan (blowing air out) seems to be running without the key in and the car turned off.
Anyone have any ideas?
Its only happend when i the battery went dead and i had to charge it.
this is the 2nd time its happend, its draining the battery while the car is off, so ive taken out the relay
Would appreciate any help
Most likey cause will be the fan speed resistor in the dash.
dude i had same problem with same car. i replaced the relay and no problems.
also look at the relay...and relay for short feed somewhere
Mine worked sometimes fine mostly not (only on highest setting)...had your problem once.
Resoldered the resitor board on mine and no more probs.
Info and instuctions got off a thread somewhere on JC.
