Hight adjustment for front seatbelt

My VX Calais drivers side seatbelt hight adjustment will not move up or down..

Does anyone have a tip on how to get this thing working?

Press down on the lever thing in the top part of the adjuster and it should slide easily.

Yeah I did try the obvious, she just won't move. It just seems to be stuck....

Might just need a bit of force.
