ok here is a list of stuff to try...
    1) clr clear...the shop bought stuff
    2) vinagar and water..soaked then try hot soapy water with a dash of cream cleaner
    3) a amonia based window cleaner.....a liquid one that dries to a power..
    4) a tar and bug remover...soak it
    5) cutting compound for car polish...and use a onion bag as the wash cloth..till it softens alittle then try either toothpaste or...silvero or brasso...
    6) rub on some auto transmission oil...leave it on for a while then carefully rub off and wash with soapy water....
    7) try freezing the glass with ice...using an ic pak...for while..then...try cleaning off with mild soapy or water or other cleaners mentioned..
    8) try some oven cleaner...apply when car has been in the hot sun...and is hot..and keep appling...and try onion bag...( the orange or red ones you get fruit in as well.. these are useful for getting off dead bugs etc...

best i can offer for help...

There prob a large amount of others.
since what you need to do is any of these things..
change its temp and glass that its on temp
or soak in....to liquid the minerals...
cause that what is the drama..........hard oven baked minerals
