Default vt power window wont go down

I have a VTII and my rear window will not go down, it did go down about a 1/3 of the way slowly and go back up without any issues, but now it wont go down at all. I can hear it click in the door when I push the button either on the door or in the front.

its not the switch as I have changed both of them.

    Any ideas???

probly the wires between the door and the car body. if u buy a new loom that goes from the door to the body it will run smoothy. alternitivly is what i did and thats cut and solder in new wires, i used heat shrink to cover. also use black silicon on the plug that goes into the body as water will get in there.

use a cable tester to see if there is power going to the motor, if not, its your wiring, if there is, its probably the motor.
