they arent too bad, only need to have the holes enlarged slightly for adjustment on 1/4 panels.

they tend to be thinner than factory panels too, so dent easier. i had an aftermarket bonnet, and the whole front section had dents from closing it(not forcing, just normal pushing down on bonnet)

Alot of aftermarket stuff is basically rubbish. It either doesnt fit properly, wont line up right or is as flimsy as hell. If your going down that road, depending where you go alot of places are now ensuring top quality as they are finding they sell more if they sell good stuff. They usuall run on a rating system of 1-10. 1 is rubbish,5 borderline & may not be worth the hassle.7 & above always(so far) seems to be a good grade.

As a suggestion, depending on what panels you need & what other parts you may be wanting or needing, look at buying a whole car thats damaged. Then you can use the parts you need, sell the rest to make some if not all of your money back & you may end up with either cheap parts or free parts. This does work as i have done it more times than i can count. The last car i bought was a VT S1 V6 auto with 170000kms for $1200 with 6 months rego, with a bit of minor damage but still driveable. I ended up driving it as is for 6 months, didnt end up needing the parts & just sold it for $1600 with no rego,$400 profit & a free car for 6 months. So this does really work if you got some time & patience
