Black Altezza Front lights

I was wondering has anyone had trouble with the altezza lights i have had a few problems with the electrical?

yeh both my headlights blew , i dont think the seals behind globes are very good so i put new bulbs in them and duct taped the seals on so no water gets in and they been sweet for ages if that helps.

yeah i had the same issue, both globes blew with it but i don't think its got to do with the seals behind the globes i think its got to do with the globes themself's cause i replaced them with Philips Ultra White and they been fine ever since, however i do find one of the parker lights is abit lose as it pops out a tiny bit so im thinking of putting abit of duct tape around it so it fits in really nice and snug, and i also did have an issue were my lights just went dim on headlights but them were normal just on parkers and the parker wouldnt work on parkers but would work when switch is completely on, took it back one of the wires were touching the other inside the headlight. thats all the problems i have had with it, but now they are perfect a few hic-ups but all fixed.

If you notice Im not sure if they have shorted out or what but it has blown one of the bulbs completely apart other than the glass Im pretty sure they are the right bulbs and i have earthed the lights correctly im not sure why this is happening so im going to scavenge some new bulb connectors from the wreckers(god knows Wat car to get them off as they are not stock standard) they are completley brown and burnt out so if anyonelse has had the problem or can rectify my problem please help.I have attatched a pic both sides [IMG][/IMG]

the bulbs that come with em ar shite,, i put new ones in and they been sweet for ages, go to j cat if theres anythin u need thats damaged from the globe back,

Thanks for ur help j cat ill have to remember that ive actually pulled them all out today and had a good look at everything did u earth urs on the bolt of the light at the bottom i think thats what has been stuffing me up i moved the earth to the bumper reo and they worked like a dream plus ive just replaced all the bulbs 2 except that little bottem 1 in the middle they sure where shite i should have replaced them b4 i even installed them lol should have known lol im such a tightass. Its amazing how shortcuts stuff u up in the long run the story of my life thanks for ur help man appreciate the reply.
