Could be starter/relay/Inhibiter switch (if automatic.)

It also can be the Security system. BCM/KEY/READER.

Check for fault codes bridge pins 5/6 on the diagnostic connector.

it wont turn over at all....meaning it trys like you hear the relay and starter motor click then nothing....or you dont hear anything..
have a person watch the engine and see if the belt mopves at all and if a relay and stater motor solinode clicks...
if it dont ....move but does click...
or if it moves only a little...try it without the plugs in it....remove all of them...
and even take off the fan belt ...
if your engine wont spin over with this done..or it spins then locks up...you have a cyclinder or valve or timing chain issue...
also check you not by accident overfilled engine oil...its been done!
or been driving through water and have a new bunning super sucker cai homebrew...and have sucked up water into the car..
or you got white oil now...by checking the dipstick.....due to cracked head or gasket..

why am i mentioning all these things...because you not detailed the story enough

so it could be a faulty starter motor or starter solinode
or bad contacts to battery..even if you have lights..
or bad battery lights need min amps compared to starter and running...
    or as mentioned by others..

dont let the vt beat you
