I have a vx series 2 V6/Auto, and since I had the car more than a year ago I had that nocking noise and the engine was shaking the car but I said it's a normal nocking and probably I have bad engine mounts so the car was shaking but also I had a fuel economy problem, I almost get 300km from a full tank, lately the nocking has gotten bad and along with the shaking and yesterday I've been told that I have a cracked flywheel causing the nocking and the vibration, Indeed I buy that actuly, because few months ago my friend's corolla had a cracked flywheel and it was almost the same symptoms in my car, my question is: could a cracked flywheel cause bad fuel economy? I am from Iraq and we don't have alot of commodores around and the mechanics seem to know nothing about them so I realy need your help guys.
