VZ V8 overflow bottle into VX V8 conversion, can it be done?

Hi looking at ways I can further clean up the engine bay and have read some dribs and draps about VZ LS1 coolant overflows into earlier LS1`s they are hidden from view under the front shroud or something anyone done this, if I can it would leave the passeger side almost bare

EDIT: Quick reading around other forums (I'm a Google Master) and as the pre-VZ LS1's had the separate expansion bottle the radiator itself doesn't have a radiator cap. The entire radiator needs to be swapped out to use the VZ overflow bottle. Fairly easy job from what I've read.
