Thumbs up King Springs SSL and SL

    Hey guys,
i own a VX S1 Berlina in Black,

i am wanting to lower it but not sure what to go for, i am going to have 15X7 on in for a while with 225s on the rear and 205 on the front till i can get some 19inch supersports,

i want it legal and have heard that SL all round are Just legal! is this tru????

idd really like to go fo SSL but not sure if the are legal or not? if they arent how much lower would they be in centermeters?

if u guys have pics with VX,s on SSL and SL springs it would be greatly appreciated if u could post some pics for me,

    thanks guys

If the car is already booked in. I would leave it up to them by telling them you want it at the lowest legal height.

From talking to suspension specialists when I lowered mine the measurement used is from the center of your wheel to your wheel arch and that determines legality not ground clearance as it all has to do with suspension travel. I think Super Lows are just illegal but not %100 sure on that and it might also depend on which state your in but when I lowered mine someone put me onto the website that had all the legal modification info for your car (can't remember what it was sorry) and Super Lows were too low.

we rang a guys form king springs and he said thet SL's were just on legal which is what i wanted, car looks awesome and could not be happier with them,
another thing now is do i have to change shockers or can i get away with the stock ones?

It is advisable to change them to a shock suited to lowered suspension.
