Just have a few nagging problems with my car and need advice problems are

1. Aerial wont go fully down because of a bend in it, the aerial motor still will drive it up and down but will stop before aerial is fully down and makes a jammed noise should I get a replacement aerial or the whole aerial motor?

2. The rear drivers side door isn't always locking when I press lock on my key, the other doors will lock and a lot of the time so will it but it still frequently decides it doesn't wanna lock and I must do it manually.

3. The car is having a miss in its acceleration when you first accelerate off the mark, it will sort of splutter for a second and then will work fine what could the problem be? (It is auto if people are wondering.)
