NEED a engine swap in brisbane?

Guys if you need an engine for commodore...and your in Brisbane...
And you want it done right ...at the wreckers...

I can support ""PARKRIDGE WRECKERS"" part of the abc group..

3days...1 set price....and they stick to it!
You get new seal fitted/new oil/new oil filter/coolant....$1350 for vt 3.6
Fitted and supplied...and the engine have low kms..and 1 month cover
gst included...

Of course i suppied fan belt /new spark plugs/new spark leads / new water pump...because i wanted it done ..just nice

i drove my new engine home and ran perfect...today...
got 7.85l/100kms sat on speed limits up to 110kms
did 420kms
ran cool
ran sweet

Ask for Tony or Wayne...
I am impressed...given the holden specialist close by wanted that for engine only...and most wreckers close by wanted 850---1150 for engine only

Well i dont see the point in just the engine...as my support is for engine and install ...in this post.
And i dont think you find cheaper anywhere.

Wreckers sell short engines for around $550---upwards
Wreckers sell short blocks blown ..ready for rebuilding for around $150--upwards
Wreckers sell long blocks blown for $250---upwards
Wreckers sell long blocks with 30 days /tested from $850 ( alot of milage ) to $1300-1500 under or close to 100k on the clock
Some places will sell supercharged engines...starting at $1200 for high milage ..to $2000 for low milage

Depends where you are and whats going...and what do you need...
Some people say a supercharged v6 is a poor mans v8..
I recon a supercharged v6 is brilliant...which i had one.. they just in the middle of cost to run..fuel wise and dam close in grunt in v6 to v8...

But to answer your question...

Parkridge sell low kms engine..long blocks from $550.... and sell off ebay as well
as i said if you factor in gst...
price of a seal
price of a oil filter
price of coolant
price of oil..
for take out and put in job...and exchange engine...
I think ..its such a fair deal...i opted for that over doing the job myself...

Perhaps i should have said...
Ring or email soon before it gets purchased by other needy engine hunting persons...
A quality 2nd motor is hard to find...and at the price wont stay on the market for long...

or get in quick or you will be too late...she's a gem and a bargin...LOL
