2 or 4 pipe radiator

this might sound really stupid but how do ya tell the difference? my 99 VT's radiator is leaking again and i wanna put a new one in so i rang around and got quoted from $440 to $650 for supply and install so i thought stuff it i'll do it myself i was asked though weather it was a 2 pipe or 4 pipe? i can get a 2 pipe for $132 or a 4 pipe for $175

Ok, I didn't know this either, until I just hunted for one on eBay.. lol
From what I can gather, the '2 pipe' and '4 pipe' are for the auto trans cooler lines in to your radiator, some have the normal 2, some have 4.
Just check your radiator, and see how many auto trans cooler lines are connected to it.
