URGENT - Lost speedo signal

[Behold]

The car has a speedo converter on it from KPH to MPH incas that is relevant. The Speed is sat at 0. If i do the Mode up trick the digital output is 0. The dash test shows the needle moves fine.

What is first to check to prove if its a signal issue or the converter???

is there a signal to the converter??? have you checked the speed sensor...???

why do you have a converter anyways?? is it for the drag track?

This is now reolved. It was powered of the cigarette lighter and this has shorted out.

The converter is to allow the dash to read in MPH with out new dials. Also then all the trip computer will read in MPH too.
