Help with vx ss seats foams

he guys ive purchased a set of vx ss seats and both the foams on most of them are stuffed and squished is there foams u can buy or make them ure self just would like to fix the foams before i get them rettrimed.

Git mine done by the trimmer when he fixed the tear in the cloth, He had a template that he cut to make the padding and gave a bit of extra padding while he was there.
