You will gain better acceleration, better highway economy and better top end.

Extractors not worth the money unless you intend to upgrade other components in the engine. Also if you get extractors your gunna need hi flow cats.

It depends on your perspective. They may not be worth it to you, but to someone else they are.

And you aren't going to need high flow cats after fitting extractors. Being a VT, there is only one cat on there too.

i had extractors for ages without a highflow cat and no problems, you can chose to get highflow cats if you want but you dont "need" them

Getting extractors and attaching it to the stock standard single middle cat, doesn't that defeat the purpose of the supposed performance gains from the extractors. There is still that restriction in the pipe work. Plus if your getting extractors it would be wise to replace the cat, or put in hi flow cat(s).

on a basically stock v6 theres not much to gain anyway,i noticed a bit of an improvement with pacemakers and a catback with the standard cat nothing special however

The stock cat flows more than enough for even a wild N/A V6, it is only when you get into FI do you need to change the cat.

It is a common thing for people to look inside a cat and think that it looks restrictive therefore it must be.
