Matching BCM, ECU, key and barrel will work. If you get just a BCM and the key that goes with it you will still need to get the BCM and ECU linked.

proove you are the reg legal owner to any holden dealership outlet....
and they can have a key cut for you !
they can also arrange for you to have all the details of any coding needed by the owner of that car..

grab your vin ..if you can not grab the car..go to holden with ID
show you are the insurer for the car and rego of the car

    then your sweet..

a holden replacement key is going to be around 160 bucks....
i urge you one you have it....and all the cars info ...go to mr minit and have a clone key only or full coded key for $100
    done....

Yep, take in the VIN, you can find it in the silver panel looking through the passenger side in the front window.

My friend went to QLD for 2 weeks and left her car in her brothers drive way and took her keys. His ute was out the back and couldnt get it past her car.

He got her VIN and took it to Holden and come back with a key for it even though he didnt own it.

I think it was around $50 by memory and no remote but it didnt have a alarm anyway.

Not that either of us would ever do it but we realized how easy it would be to steal one just by getting the VIN and taking it to Holden.

yes my mother made the mistake of paying 110 buks for a key from a locksmith that only unlocks the car cant start it and it sets of the alarm
a brand new key from holden that will start the car and wnt set the alarm off is 110 buks she didnt listen to me wen i told her so i spent 110 on a key thats useless

I bought one from a locksmith for the same price . You have to program the key to your car first . If i remember correctly you have to sit in the car or do it with the window open . Manually lock the door , put the key in the ignition , leave it for 60 seconds then start the car and let it run for a couple of minutes . Turn it off and the new key is now programmed
there are three types of people in the world , those who can count and those who can't
