    Default Good Price?

My son spotted a Bermuda Blue VT II Berlina wagon, fitted with a 5.7 V8, 18" VY SS alloys, good rubber, lowered, tinted glass, 177k, but only one months rego, selling for $8,000 ono.

Car seems clean but have not approached the owner for test drive yet. Does this seem like a good price, if the car is in sound mechanical condition?

I bought my VXII Berlina sedan with the 5.7L for $8500 and 106k about 18 months ago. Stock wheels, stock everything. There was 3 small dents (golf ball I think and paintless dent repaired easily) so I got it for that price. So the $8000 asking for the VTII sounds pretty decent! You could potentially get it for $7000 with the "ono" deal!

Maybe knock him down $5-600 due to short rego. Make sure it comes with a pink slip.
