VS Calais to VX Ex Motor

Hi Guys

I have a VS Calais, already has a VX Trans in it, im wondering can i put a VX motor in it with out any problems? will i loose climate control or anything? What are the Pro's and Con's, any benefits to doing it? Or disadvantages to it? Can i put my New starter motor on the VX motor and other parts of my VS on the VX motor?

Of course it has lower KM on it than my VS Motor

They are both the same motors and wont notice a difference, im pretty sure only the computers were tuned different for more power.
