VX V6 Manual to Manual Conversion

Hey guys, I need some help. My VX's 5 speed is starting to pack it in. She'll be lucky to last another year or so.
My questions are as follows :
Would it be possible to get a T56 or like to fit under my car?
Are there conversion kits out there for a job like this?
Will I need a new clutch and flywheel to suit the 6 speed or will the one I have now work?
Oh and I'm Melbourne based, I've got very little idea on how to go about this so any information would be a huge help Cheers
