VT V6 running rough after intake service

I have just changed the intake manifold gaskets and exhaust manifold gaskets on my series 1 vt v6 and she is running very rough when put into gear and driven almost like on 5 cylinders. I cant find any leaks from the intake or exhaust, all vaccum hose are on, and no error codes.

Also i forgot to plug the passenger side oxgen sensor back in didn't get an error message, just 12 over and over, is this normal? I thought this wiuld have triggered an error message.

I am pretty sure i put all the injectors/fuel rail back together properly, altenator, drive belt etc..

I have little experience working on cars, only done a few things, what can i test/try to find the problem??

hey mate

did you check that all your spark leads are in properly? you might have hit one while doing the gaskets, also if you unplugged your MAF did u make sure is plugged back in?

hey,

yeah i removed all of the spark plug leads when doing the gaskets, numbered them and put them back, also MAF is back in and the wires plugged back in.

I might test the leads with a multimeter to see if they r screwed??
